GENERAL BONUS TERMS

1. General

1.1 Each promotion has its own terms and conditions which are published on the Grand Z promotions page under each promotion descriptive text.

1.2 By participating in the promotions and/or accepting to receive the bonus/es offered by Grand Z Casino, the player automatically declares to also accept the terms and conditions for that particular promotion/bonus as well as the general promotions/bonus terms and conditions which are listed here under.

1.3 In the event that a player does not understand how the promotion works, if he is eligible to participate, or does not understand the terms and conditions, the player can contact a member of Grand Z casino Customer Support via email or live chat for a more detailed explanation.

1.4 In case of any dispute, the decision taken by Grand Z management is final.

1.5 Grand Z also reserves the right to amend, add or remove any of the bonus/promotional details and terms and conditions and in case of any changes.

1.6 Players are kindly requested to regularly check the bonus terms and conditions for any amendments/updates.

1.7 In case of any differences in the terms and conditions between the English version and the other languages displayed on the Grand Z website, the English language version will always prevail.

1.8 Only one bonus per promotional offer is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. Grand Z reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account, and seize the funds of this account.

1.9 Playing through V.P.N. (Virtual Private Network) is allowed, unless playing Jackpot games/slots. Playing such games/slots, may lead to forfeiting the whole balance of the player and closure of his account.

1.10 When accepting a deposit bonus, the players deposited amount and bonus amount are placed into a “bonus balance”.

1.11 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. Players need to contact Customer Support before any bets are placed and wagering started in order to remove the current bonus.

1.12 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required in order to receive any bonus is 10 € or equivalent in another currency.

1.13 The allowed difference between players minimum and maximum bet while playing with active bonus or wins from Free spins is 5 (five) times.

1.14 Activated bonus will expire within 7 days of its activation, entire bonus balance will be automatically voided.

1.15 When a player receives a bonus and starts playing, he will first start playing using his real money balance, followed by the bonus money balance.

1.16 If a player loses his entire deposit and its associated bonus prior to reaching wagering requirements, any remaining wagering requirements will be waived.

1.17 There are 3 types of bonuses offered by Grand Z:

• Sticky bonuses - The winnings from these bets will go to bonus balance until bonus is wagerеd.

• Non-Sticky - The winnings from these bets will be split between real balance and bonus balance.
  *For example in 100% deposit bonus, if the player made a bet of 2 €, and generates a winning of 10 € from this bet, the amount of the winning will be splitted on 5 € in real balance and 5 € in bonus balance on the “Ratio = bonus/(deposit+bonus)”.
  
  

Both Sticky and Non-Sticky Bonuses comes with wagering requirement of forty (x40) the bonus amount before the funds can be withdrawn.

• No Wager bonuses, which comes with no wagering conditions: the winnings generated from it (any balance above the bonus amount) are credited to your cash balance and can be withdrawn. Any withdrawal request will result in the cancellation of the bonus and/or your free spins, so it can never be withdrawn.

1.18 Bonuses offered by Grand Z are solely intended for genuine recreational players only. Bonus/Promotional abuse will not be tolerated. Player betting patterns and activity are constantly monitored for any cases of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to:

Grand Z reserves the right to cancel, suspend or lock any player account found guilty of abuse as well as void/revoke any pending gaming activity and refund the original deposit. Grand Z can also decide at its own discretion to ban any player from participating in Grand Z promotions for a definite or indefinite period of time as decided by Grand Z management.

1.19 All our players are treated as "VIP players" regarding our VIP program and as a VIP they can be awarded with special compliment bonuses. Those bonuses are given as free spins and/or bonus money by cashier team with amount which depends on their account history.

1.20 Until winnings are still active, bonus terms and conditions apply to the whole player account balance.

1.21 Grand Z reserves the right to ban a player from receiving the promotions at any time.

1.22 Different game types contribute differently towards wagering fulfillment. For example if a game type contributes 100% towards wagering, it means that if you bet €/$10, €/$10 will contribute towards wagering fulfillment.

1.23 The maximum bet with active bonus is €/$ 5.00, 0.20 mBTC, 50 SEK/NOK or 10% of their current available balance (whichever is lower) on a given round or spin when using bonuses or winnings generated from bonuses (but the 10% rule does not apply to bet sizes under €/$0.50, 0.020 mBTC, 5 SEK/NOK/ZAR). Betting a larger proportion of one’s balance on a single round or game can lead to the voiding of this particular bonus and winnings and voiding of subsequent bonuses and winnings. Repeated abuse can lead to account termination and confiscation of balances.

If a player plays these games while wagering a bonus, it may lead to forfeiting the whole bonus and/or all bets placed on these slot games will be subtracted from the player’s real money balance (if available) and they will not contribute towards wagering fulfilment of the pending bonus.

1.25 Until received bonus(es) are still active, bonus terms and conditions apply to the whole gaming account, including any funds waiting for withdrawal, but not limited to.

1.26 Winnings made with a help of a bonus, are submitted to a Bonus T&C.

1.27 There is a maximum amount of money won with the help of any given bonus unless other stated that can be withdrawn. This amount equals 10 (ten) times the original deposit made to claim the bonus. Any winnings above this amount will be subtracted from the account. All winnings up to 10,000 EUR (or equivalent in other currency), Grand Z reserve the right to split the withdrawal on weekly payments. All winnings above 10,001 EUR (or equivalent in other currency), Grand Z reserve the right to split the withdrawal on monthly payments.

1.28 Jackpot slots/games are not eligible to be played with bonus money. Playing such games with bonus money, can lead to voiding the particular bonus and any winnings gained.

2. No Deposit Bonus / Free Spins

2.1 From time to time, support agents might consider awarding an instant match bonus, deposit bonus spins, free spins, free bonus money or free cash as an act of goodwill on a case by case scenario. In such cases and independently on the type or amount of bonus given, the maximum win resulting from that bonus cannot exceed 10 times the value of the original released bonus amount.

2.2 Unless specifically stated otherwise, the Weekly Cashback bonus comes with (10) times maximum allowed withdrawal.

2.3. The maximum withdrawal of winnings generated by playing with bonus and/or free spins credited at Grand Z without any deposit requirement is 25 €/$ or equivalent in other currencies.

2.4 For age and KYC verification purposes a minimal deposit (10 €/$ or equivalent in other currencies) is required before you can withdraw any winnings gained with a free money bonus.
